Shipping

Orders will ship in 1-3 business days.

Once an order leaves our warehouse the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.  If you have a lost package, and tracking shows it delivered, please check with family and neighbors.  If you are unable to locate the package you may contact us at info@lyracat.com and we will do what we can to assist you.

We do ship international!  If your country does not show up under shipping options at checkout please inquire with us at info@lyracat.com.  We will be happy to look up a shipping quote and options for you, based on your address.

All International orders are subject to the regulations of the country where the package is being delivered. The buyer is responsible for paying any taxes, customs and duty (import tariffs)  before delivery.

Please note: due to current shipping delays, USPS International shipments may be delayed up to 45 days or more.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we have a 30 day return policy from the original purchase date.  The item must be in new original condition and with original packaging/tags.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 718 Snake Hill Road, Morgantown, WV, 26508, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty

We have a 90 day warranty on all manufacturer defects. If you have a manufacturing defect in your product contact us at info@lyracat.com with a description of the problem and picture if possible.
