Shipping

Orders will ship in 1-3 business days.

Once an order leaves our warehouse the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you have a lost package, and tracking shows it delivered, please check with family and neighbors.  If you are unable to locate the package you may contact us at info@lyracat.com and we will do what we can to assist you.

International Shipping

All International orders are subject to the regulations of the country where the package is being delivered. The buyer is responsible for paying any taxes, customs and duty (import tariffs)  before delivery.

USPS First-Class Package International service is not trackable and may experience extended delays during shipping. For a trackable service please select USPS Priority International or DHL.

For international orders, tracking information may not be displayed after the package leaves the United States. Please allow two to three weeks for the package to be delivered after it arrives in your country.

Please note: due to current shipping delays, USPS International shipments may be delayed up to 45 days or more.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return the product within 30 days from the original purchase date. The item must be clean, in new original condition and with original packaging/tags.

We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. You may use the return shipping method of your choice, however we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

After your return is received and verified to be in new condition you will receive a refund (minus shipping fees) to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. If you have any issues please contact us at info@lyracat.com

Warranty

We have a 90 day warranty on all manufacturer defects. If you have a manufacturing defect in your product contact us at info@lyracat.com with a description of the problem and picture if possible.
